A rare power originating from the dragon, Fire Breathing is a magical ability that allows the bestowed to breathe fire from the mouth. Manifesting as a stream of fire from within the mouth, the stream travels to whatever the intended target is and sets it ablaze.
The Dragon Warlock[]
The twisted spawn of a dragon and a Sorceress, the Dragon Warlock inherited his Fire Breathing ability from his father, a dragon. The Warlock possesses a human form but maintains the powers of his father including the power of Flight.
When the Infernal Council, an evil cabal of demons, grew unhappy with all the failures brought about by demons trying to kill the Charmed Ones, they ordered the Dragon Warlock to work with a Genie to obliterate the sisters. When the Genie stole the Dragon's power of Flight, giving it to Phoebe Halliwell, the Dragon attacked at Halliwell Manor where he tried to attack the sisters using his Fire Breath. The sisters managed to avert the fiery breath and in the end destroyed the warlock with the help of the Genie.
