Prudence Halliwell Was Born on October 28th 1970 which means that she could have meet her great- grandmother Pricilla Baxter - Johnson But it is not mentioned that she did , she is the Eldest daughter of Patricia ( patty) Halliwell and Victor Bennett as you should know Victor is a mortal and Patty is a witch like her mother Penelope ( penny) Halliwell( nee Johnson).
